DID YOU KNOW WE HAVE CRISIS BEDS? 

  • WHAT: Up to 7 days of free, non-medical voluntary residential support, including counselling, safety planning, and community referrals. The goal is to avoid unnecessary hospitalization. 

  • WHO: Individuals aged 16+ experiencing a mental health crisis, medically stable, not a safety risk.

  • PROCESS: No referral required for most programs; intake assessments are needed.

  • WHEN: Intake hours: Monday–Friday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.; bed services are available 24 hours daily â€‹

  • NOTE: It is best to call ahead and see if they have bed availability. 

  • NO TOLERANCE: There is zero tolerance for non prescribed drugs, violence or disrespectful behavior. â€‹

LOCATION: 189 Norfolk St,  Simcoe 

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN STAY:

  • Case management and referral to community services.
  • Brief, safe shelter and stabilization.
  • Laundry and food provided on site. 
  • Your own clean, quiet room.
  • Supportive counselling.​​
